Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise: "Operator" means Ffbet, the licensed entity offering access to the gaming platform; "Player Account" means a registered personal account enabling participation in eligible games on the platform; "Software" means the computer programs and data used to operate the gaming platform, including any related documentation; "You" or "your" means the registered user who opens or uses a Player Account; "Website" means the online platform operated by the Operator through which gaming services are accessed; "Games" means the casino, Slots, live dealer, sportsbook and other eligible betting activities made available on the platform; "Bet" means a wager placed on a Game or Event; "Parties" means you and the Operator; and " Territory" means the jurisdiction in which you are accessing the services, as determined by applicable law and by your residence.

Subject matter of the Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and the Gaming Platform for play-for-real or play-for-fun purposes where permitted. They set out the rights and obligations of the Operator and you in relation to account use, gameplay, settlements, security, and risk disclosures. The Operator reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You may only access and use the Website if you meet the legal age requirements of your jurisdiction and if such access is lawful in your place of residence. Where gambling is prohibited or restricted, you may not register or participate. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements. If your legal status changes, you must notify the Operator and may be required to cease activity until compliance is re-established.

License to Use the Software

The Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely to participate in Games via the Website. You shall not: (a) install the Software on a server or make it available to third parties; (b) sub-license, assign, rent, or transfer your rights; (c) copy or translate user documentation; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works; (e) bypass or attempt to bypass security measures. The Software and related materials are the property of the licensor or the Software Provider, and your use does not confer ownership or IP rights in the Software. The Software is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, and the Operator disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Operator may suspend or terminate access if it detects unauthorized or suspicious activity and may notify authorities as required by law.

Security and Data Protection

The Operator uses commercially reasonable security measures, including encryption, to protect login credentials and sensitive information. Access to the Player Account requires a valid Username and Password, and you must maintain their confidentiality. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any transactions and bets. The Operator may monitor activity for security, anti-fraud, and legal compliance purposes and may disclose information as required by law or regulatory authority in connection with investigations of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Operator’s Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time.

Your Responsibilities and Conduct

You warrant that you will provide accurate information during registration, keep your account details up to date, and use the Website for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining hardware and internet access necessary to use the Platform and for all costs associated with such access. You acknowledge and accept that the outcome of Games is determined by the Platform’s random number generator and that the authoritative records reside with the Operator. In the event of any discrepancy between on-screen results and server-side results, the server-side data governs. Bets placed and confirmed are considered valid even if a disruption occurs, subject to the Platform’s administrative rules. You shall not engage in activities that harm the Operator’s reputation or that of its partners. You indemnify the Operator and its associated entities against all losses, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.

Gameplay, Bets and Disputes

The Operator reserves the right to set rules for each Game, including bet placement windows, payout structures, and wager types. Bets may be cancelled or voided in accordance with the applicable game rules and platform policies. For live dealer Games, procedures for dealing, card scanning, and order of dealing will be governed by the live control rules; if errors occur due to mis-scans or system faults, the Administrator may cancel the hand and return bets. If a bet is placed and confirmed, but the user’s device disconnects, the bet remains valid and results may be reviewed in the account history. In any dispute, the Operator’s records shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law and regulatory oversight.

Intellectual Property

The Operator and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Website, Software, and all content provided therein. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices. All trademarks and trade names used on the Website are the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Privacy Policy and Data Rights

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Operator’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the purposes of data processing, data sharing, data retention periods, and the rights of data subjects. The Operator reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy as required by law or regulatory obligations. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator provides the Website and Software on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall the Operator, its officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Software, including loss of profits, data, or access, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Operator’s aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to access the relevant Service in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its licensors, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) any conduct by you in connection with the Website; or (d) any violation of applicable laws by you.

Changes to the Agreement

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes in accordance with applicable law. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and may terminate your account subject to any applicable closing procedures.

Termination and Suspension

The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or your Player Account at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraud, repeated non-payment, or suspicious conduct. Upon termination, rights to access the Platform cease, and outstanding winnings will be paid in accordance with the applicable payout policies. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations arising before termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. If applicable law requires, affected parties may have recourse to arbitration or alternative dispute resolution in accordance with the rules chosen by the Operator and disclosed to users.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding your use of the Website and replace all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Operator to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
