Ffbet provides a voluntary self-exclusion mechanism to help users manage their gambling activity. This policy details how to initiate self-exclusion, the durations available, the effects on your account, and procedures for reactivation.
To commence self-exclusion, log in to your Ffbet account, navigate to Profile, then Self-Exclusion. Select the desired exclusion period and confirm. The exclusion takes effect immediately and restricts access to the Ffbet platform for the selected period.
For users located outside the United Kingdom, you may specify a self-exclusion period of your choosing. The account will automatically reactivate at the expiry date without further action.
For users located in the United Kingdom, self-exclusion applies for a minimum of six months. After the minimum period, reactivation requires direct contact with Ffbet Customer Support to restore access.
UK residents may request a cooling-off period in addition to self-exclusion. Available durations are 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. Activation is via profile settings or by contacting Support. At the end of the cooling-off period, the account will automatically be reactivated.
If Ffbet determines that continued gambling could cause financial or personal difficulties, we may close your account. You must not open a new Ffbet account. Any attempt to do so would be at your own risk and Ffbet will not be liable for any losses or issues arising from such action.
Reactivation occurs at the expiry of the exclusion period as described above. UK residents require confirmation from Customer Support to reinstate access; non-UK residents will be automatically reactivated upon expiry without additional action.
This policy operates in conjunction with Ffbet's general terms and conditions and responsible gambling measures. The company may update the terms of this policy in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements. Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
