Definitions

These general bonus terms apply to all bonus offers issued by Ffbet. The terms interpret the following definitions for the purposes of these Terms.

• Account: Your registered Ffbet profile under which bonuses are granted and wagering is conducted.
• Real Balance: funds available for wagering with real money.
• Bonus Balance: funds allocated from a bonus or free spins and held separately from real funds.
• Bonus: any credit or free spins granted to the Bonus Balance as part of a promotion or offer, including deposit bonuses and no deposit bonuses.
• No Deposit Bonus: a bonus offered without a prior real money deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: the number of times the applicable bonus amount plus or excluding winnings from the bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus related funds is permitted, as specified in each offer.
• Promotion or Offer: any bonus, free spins or incentive provided by Ffbet under these Terms.
• Eligible Games: the games that contribute to wagering requirements as specified for each offer.
• Irregular Play: any conduct that Ffbet deems abusive or manipulative in relation to bonus offers.
• Maximum Cashout: the highest amount that may be withdrawn from bonus related winnings under an offer, as stated in the offer.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

To participate in any bonus offers you must have a personal, verified Ffbet account. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and your participation must be lawful. Bonuses may be restricted by jurisdiction; Ffbet may block or void offers for players in certain regions. Only one account per person, family, household, IP address, device or payment method is allowed. The operator may require identity verification (KYC) prior to withdrawal.

Bonus Issuance and Use

Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance. Real Balance funds are used first for all wagers. If there is a remaining Real Balance after placing a bet, winnings from that bet may be allocated to the Bonus Balance if the wager is still in progress; after wagering conditions are satisfied, winnings may be moved to the Real Balance if allowed by the specific offer. Bonuses may be awarded automatically upon deposit or via targeted promotions. If a bonus is not intended for a player, it may not be displayed or awarded.

Types of Offers

Promotional offers include deposit bonuses, no deposit bonuses and free spins. Each offer sets its own terms including wagering requirements, expiry period, and any game restrictions. A no deposit bonus may be subject to a maximum cashout and additional conditions. Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds unless the offer states otherwise. An offer may not be combined with other offers unless stated.

Wagering and Game Contribution

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus offers as stated in the specific terms. Typical structures include 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount for deposit offers or 60x for no deposit offers, unless the offer provides differently. Games contribute toward wagering in accordance with the offer; slots often count at full value, non slot games may count partially or not at all; some game types such as live casino or certain table games may be excluded from wagering or contribute at reduced rates. Special wagering schemes may be applied in rare promotions. The operator may adjust wagering groups and contributions and will provide notice where required. Some games may have restrictions or be prohibited for wagering with bonus funds, including certain game providers. The in game buy feature counts as a spin toward wagering. Wagering is applied to the bonus balance after the real balance has been exhausted.

Maximum Bet and Restrictions During Wagering

During wagering, the maximum bet per spin is set by the bonus offer and currency. If you exceed the permitted limit, wagering on the bonus may be voided or the bonus cancelled. The in game buy feature counts as a spin toward wagering and is subject to the same limits. Some providers or game types may impose additional limits. The operator reserves the right to suspend games or modify limits at its discretion.

Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses and associated wagering obligations expire on the date specified in the offer. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled prior to expiry, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled. If a bonus is cancelled or consumed, any unspent winnings may be removed.

Withdrawals and Cash Out

Winnings derived from bonus activity may be subject to a maximum cashout. The maximum cashout limit is stated in the offer terms. If a withdrawal would exceed that limit, the excess will be forfeited. If you withdraw before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited. If deposits are made after receiving a bonus, the cashout limit may be adjusted in accordance with the offer. Winnings from wagering bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and only become withdrawable when the wagering requirements are satisfied and the offer allows conversion to Real Balance.

Irregular Play and Bonus Abuse

Ffbet monitors user activity for irregular play and bonus abuse. Irregular play includes strategies designed to exploit the bonus system, multi accounting, collusion or other patterns deemed abusive. If irregular activity is detected, Ffbet reserves the right to revoke the bonus, void winnings, suspend or close the account. The decision on sanctions is at the sole discretion of Ffbet and is final.

Changes to Terms and Availability

Ffbet may modify or suspend any bonus offer at any time. If conflicting with other offers, the terms of the specific offer govern. The English language version of these Terms governs in case of any discrepancy. Offers are subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Responsible Gaming, KYC and AML

Ffbet complies with KYC and AML requirements. Identity verification and source of funds checks may be required prior to withdrawal. Players may set deposit and wagering limits and may request self exclusion. The operator supports responsible gambling measures and will act in accordance with applicable law.
